Is this a good diet blueprint?

Ive been overweight for 5 years and im sick of it ive tried to diet like 100 times and i always fall into old habits.
does anyone have any tips my family doesnt have alot of money so i cant buy lean chicken everyday.
i was rational about working out 2 times a day in the morning do cardio and in the evening lift weights.
are these good recipes?

egg dish 215 calories

baked potato 180 calories

grilled cheese sandwich 250 calories

egg sandwich 310 calories

jambon and cheese
