Very long question about diet. I'm 17 yrs old. Please help.?

Oatmeal is a great thing to take. It's VERY good for you and has obedient fiber and it fills you up. Another good article that you could probably collation on top of is granola bars. Also, if your sounding for fiber in your diet, whenever you've bread, you can eat whole wheat bread. That would be a good idea too. As for your plane and weight, 130 is still considered healthy.
