17 month old with ezcema?

My boyfriend has been diagnosed with eczema since he was 8 years old and he is now 26.

He had gone to one doctor for 6 years, until finally he went and got a second opinion on his own from a dermatologist. Pretty much they told him he should've gone to a dermatologist sooner because if he had, his skin could have looked normal.
