Ive been overweight for 5 years and im sick of it ive tried to diet like 100 times and i always fall into old habits.
does anyone have any tips my family doesnt have alot of money so i cant buy lean chicken everyday.
i was rational about working out 2 times a day in the morning do cardio and in the evening lift weights.
