Fine so im turning 17 and I was thinking of bulking up. I'm 66kg and my echelon is 6ft. I mortal lifted dumbells here and got a bit of muscle on body part and biceps.
I was also thinking of going for a go into the morning for a pill of cardio.
1. So my question is should i attend gymnasium and effort to bulk ahead OR what?!
2. Also how many life should i be active gym? I only can go a goop of 3 is that enough or do i need more time?
