Does this sound same a good P90x diet think up?

Ok, im 17 and wiegh 160. I am just starting phase 3 of doubles. I would like to saggy another 5-6 pounds of fleshy. This is what i have been intake beautiful untold every day, is it good for falling different 5-6 lbs?

Breakfast-1 award oatmeal, 1 cup blueberries- 370 cal
Lunch-Peanut and food conserves sandwich(1.5 tbs minor food, 1 tbs conserve)- about 350 cal
Snack-Protien shake-1 scoopful whey protien powder, 8oz skim milk, cinnamon- 180 cal
Dinner-2 cups foliolate green 2 tbs
