Hi. I'm a teenage girl, next to a BMI of 5'8" 17.5-ish. I run associate middle of 12 miles per week (I mean a bit much all hebdomad, as I'm on a H/M program), and eat very healthily - soya bean oatmeal + nut butter and banana all for breakfast, or cereal and soybean milk, or 2 poached foodstuff on toast, a hommus & salad wrap all for lunch beside a chunk of fruit, typically nut food on crackers all for snacks - or fruit and hot milo made with a fly of milk, and what ever's active circa
