what are some biddable diets?

Hey guys I have decided I poverty to shed both extra pounds and get healthier. Just a few quick background info on me ect.

I'm 17/male and currently survive with my parents because I'm perusing firm at college. I'm not gonna endeavor to make up any excuses for my mass because its pointless. I got to into picture games and deed stagnant and thus deposit on redundant weight.
