I am a 16 years old man and within a extent of about 5 months, i lost around 60 pounds of muscle and fat (dieting).
mycaloric intake was like 1200-1600 and it is now 2000-2200 (+i determine three times a period)
My diet:
Repast (7:30 AM):
Fat free yogurt 500 grams (250 kCal)
Porridge 1/2 Cup (150 kCal)
2 Egg cell Whites (35 kCal)
(witht he oatmeal and eggs, i typically make cookies that i much on until tiffin time.. so the sole actual thing i eat is the 500 grams of yogurt as a
