I read location that to get a muscly, toned thing, you had to spend some time building up muscle (and putting on a bit of fat). Then you simply burnt off the excess body fat. I have done part 1, but cannot acquire my body fat below 15%. I am deeply active and metal sure that the problem is my fare - i still be to eat lots!
