Hey everyone !
My family is starting to move a diet, there are 4 people and we need some guidance. I've looked up recipes but nothing is popping aloft that strikes my pizzazz. I'm 17, and I'll be doing the cooking.
Also, we scheme to walk nearly 30 minutes 2 times a day. We don't have access to a gym, OR any work out equipment as of right now.
Any tips Or pointers that you can bestow with ME will be greatly appreciated.
Ages of people on the diet are : 17, 20, 53 and 56.
